A judge today ordered Rodney Heemstra to fork over almost $4.1-million to Rhonda Lyon to settle a wrongful death suit in the killing of her husband Tom. Heemstra was ordered to pay a $5.8-million judgment a few years ago. KCCI reports he's fought paying it for almost a decade. A judge's ordered the issue be settled by the end of this year. Heemstra shot Tom Lyon in a dispute over land.
