Bass Settlement

Des Moines City Council is expected to vote on a settlement with Haley Bass, the 17-year old girl found not guilty buy a jury in last April's murder of 19-year old Anthony Moss.  A judge's signed off on a $38,000 settlement for Bass, and $2,000 to her mother.  The settlement covers a conversation recorded between Bass and her attorney in a  Des Police interview room. It shouldn't have been recorded by police.
