Health Insurance Sign-Ups

New federal number show almost 12,000 Iowans have used the federal website to sign up for private health insurance plans between October and the beginning of this month.  Over 80% of those who've enrolled will get financial help in paying for their policy. Most of those who've signed up, 37% of them, are older,m between 55 and 64 years old.
