Sex Abuse National Guard

A state senate subcommittee today approved a bill requiring the Iowa National Guard provide an annual report to the legislature on sex abuse allegations reported the previous year.  KCCI reports lawmakers are still working out some details, including whether there should be mandatory reporting of sex abuse allegations to local police.
