Des Moines city council is expected to vote today on proposed changes in the city's housing voucher program Stricter requirements on the number of bedrooms for which families are eligible could allow aid to reach up to 140 more households. But some residents now in the program worry the proposed changes would require them pay more each month or could force them to move.
