A man convicted of second-degree murder in the beating death of a
Des Moines man is going to prison. 18-year-old Kent Anthony Tyler has
been sentenced to up to 50 years behind bars for last August's death
of 40-year-old Richard Daughenbaugh. Three other men face
first-degree murder charges in the case. They're still awaiting
trial.
