Rogers Surrenders
Bionca Rogers, the 21-year old woman wanted in the death of a missing Colorado man, surrendered to authorities in Cedar Rapids this morning. She's being held without bond, and authorities want her extradited to Colorado. 61-year old Grant Frazier of Colorado Springs was found dead in a car in Newton early yesterday.
