A plea deals been reached in the David Flores murder case. KCCI reports Flores, who's being retried for the 1996 death of Phyllis Davis, is entering an Alford plea, acknowledging there's enough evidence to convict him, but maintaining his innocence, on a count each of attempted murder, terrorism and voluntary manslaughter. He faces a max 35-years, minus time served. Flores will be sentenced Thursday.
