Police are investigating the discovery of about a dozen razor
blades at a Quad Cities playground. The razor blades were first found
when a 2-year-old cut his hand on one of them at Millennium Park in
East Moline. Police then found the razor blades glued to playground
equipment with a white, putty-like substance. They were found on the
monkey bars, on the ground and glued to other equipment. Police said
they believe it was a prank, but some parents are concerned.
