Park Shelter
An historic shelter in Greenwood Park's about to get
a quarter million dollar facelift. The Des Moines shelter, which
dates back to 1933, is limestone and timber. KCCI reports the rehab
includes adding glass walls to make it a three season shelter with
updated bathrooms. The park's in the 4500 block of Grand Ave.
