Settlement Agreements

State Sen. Janet Peterson, a Des Moines Democrat, wants Gov. Branstad to release copies of settlements with state employees who were laid off then paid to sign agreements not to talk about it.  Peterson chairs the State Senate Oversight Committee, and wants to know who asked for the agreements and who authorized the payouts.
