Teacher Sex Abuse

Knoxville teacher and football coach Troy Rider's in the Marion County Jail, charged with 3rd degree sexual abuse and sexual exploitation by a teacher.  KCCI reports Knoxville Police took a sex abuse report from s 15-year old girl last month.  The alleged abuse happened between May 2013 and January at a home in Carlisle and also at Knoxville High School.
