State Senate Texting

The State Senate's passed a texting while driving bill.  Some lawmakers weren't happy that it didn't deal with the bigger issue of distracted driving.  The bill allows police to pull drivers over just for texting.  The existing texting ban applies only if someone's bulled over for a different traffic violation.
