Jury selection started today for the retrial of David Flores. He's being tried for a second time in the 1996 death of Phyllis Davis, who was shot and killed after getting caught in the middle of a gang gun battle. Flores was serving life for first degree murder but in 2009, the state Court of Appeals granted him a new trial after new evidence surfaced.
