Des Moines police detective Yanira Scarlett's back to work. The Polk County State's Attorney's office says no charges will be filed against Scarlett after the July 11th shooting that wounded 37-year old Tyjuan Tucker. Tucker was shot once in the stomach for after allegedly taking a swing at Scarlett after she'd ordered him to get down on the ground.
