A woman's been hospitalized for head and chest injuries after her SUV slammed into a home near 68th Street and Urbandale Avenue in Urbandale this afternoon. Urbandale PD believe she had some sore of medical emergency and lost control. WHO-TV reports there was no one in the house at the time.
