If you drive State Hwy 415 north of Des Moines early in the morning or late at night, add some more time to your trip through the end of the summer. The Des Moines Register reports Iowa DOT will be patching 415 from the intersection with Iowa Highway 141, west of the Mile Long Bridge, east and south to Northwest 26th Street on the far southwest side of Ankeny.
