Pleasant Hill's City Council has to do it all again, approving annexing four properties for the massive warehouse project in South Eastern Polk County. The Des Moines Register reports Iowa's City Development Board's notified City Attorney Ed Skinner that he didn't give the required 10-day notice before the council held a public hearing and voted to approve the annexation Tuesday.
