Here we go again. Another state trooper driving Gov. Branstad's been cited for speeding. KCCI reports Trooper Darren Argabright was issued a warning in Franklin County August 27th, for traveling less than 10-mph over the posted speed limit. Argabright notified his superiors immediately, and after an internal investigation was given unspecified disciplinary action.
