Barring a surprise storm, 2013 will be a record low year for tornadoes in Iowa. The Des Moines Register reports there've been 15-this year, the lowest number since tracking started 33-years ago. The National Weather Service says Iowa's average is 47-tornadoes/year. Is a fall Tornado possible?
