The Iowa Senate Oversight Committee meets next Tuesday to discuss problems at the state-run Iowa Juvenile Home in Toledo. The Des Moines Register's reported for at least 17 years the home has placed children as young as 13 in long-term isolation cells the facility calls "control rooms" and "quiet rooms" sometimes in violation of court orders.
