The Ankeny man accused of shooting and killing his daughter's reached a plea deal. KCCI reports 51-year old Scott Hazelbaker will plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter, and the state will drop the assault causing injury charge. When he's sentenced, Hazelbaker will face a maximum five years in prison or minimum probation. Hazelbaker's attorney says his client never intended to hurt Emily Hazelbaker.
