One of the attorney's that represented David Flores has had her license suspended. Authorities found Mary Kennedy violated a number of ethics rules. KCCI reports among them she accused the Polk County Attorney's office of misconduct during the Flores trial. She later admitted the accusations may have been tied mental instability. Among the conditions for the return of her license include a mental health professional verifying her fitness to practice.
