Judge Orders Pharmacy Board to Rehear Part of Bauder Pharmacy Case

Iowa's Board of Pharmacy has been ordered by a Polk County judge to hold a new hearing in the case of Bauder's Pharmacy, where almost 700,000 doses of prescription painkillers allegedly disappeared. The judge's order limits the rehearing to allegations that the pharmacy didn't have proper procedures. The pharmacy board has set a new hearing for 9:30 a.m. Oct. 8.
