Polls are open statewide for school board elections today. In Des Moines, 10 candidates are chasing 4-seats, while 7-are in the running for 4-seats in Waukee. There's also a property tax levy up for renewal that helps fund Iowa's community colleges. Polls close at 8 p.m.
