WDM Breaks Ground Soon on Archery Facility at Raccoon River Park

There's a ground breaking ceremony at Raccoon River Park in West Des Moines on the 23rd. The city will be starting work on a new archery facility, first of its kind in Iowa, which should be open to the public by the spring of next year. WHO-TV reports the project will cost $173,000, and that includes money from the city, donations, and grants.
