72-year old James Brock of Newton, facing state charges of sexual exploitation of a minor and invasion of privacy, for allegedly using hidden cameras to film kids and adults undressing in his home to use a tanning bed and pool, now faces federal charges of three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor/production of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.
