Construction crews will start work Monday at Gray's Lake Park. They'll be stabilizing and repairing the north shore of the lake on the south bank of the Raccoon River. Officials say years of erosion, flooding and wave action have washed away soil and left a steep bank behind. No construction work is planned on the weekends.
