A Des Moines woman's been cited for failure to yield in an SUV/motorcycle crash that killed 57-year old Nicholas Otto August 27th. Police say Katherine Bloch turned in front of Otto's motorcycle. He hid the side of the SUV and was killed. The deadly crash happened on Hickman Road.
