A Polk County judge's ordered Phoenix-based American Handicapped and Disadvantaged Workers Inc. and its owner, Adli Dasuqi, to stop telephone sales with pitches focused on helping disabled workers. KCCI reports Attorney General office says callers claimed to be disabled and were mislead Iowa residents.
