The remaining three of the six bicycles stolen from the Des Moines Bicycle Collective have been found. Carl Voss tells KCCI one was all muddy, and two were a bit banged up. Police spotted a man riding one of them downtown and he's been arrested. The suspect claimed he wasn't involved in the thefts, but later told investigators the two remaining bikes were under the Fleur Drive viaduct.
