For the 2nd time this year, DM PD are investigating a burglary at a city public works building. A city employee reported a front end loader missing from the facility in the 900 block of southeast 22nd Street early Saturday. WHO-TV reports Someone got the machine started in a parking lot and drove it through a chain link fence. Surveillance cameras at the building aren't working.
