A pedestrian says a man cut him while he was walking home early this morning. WHO-TV reports 44-year old William Beasley says he was walking in the 600 block of East University around 4:30 a.m. when he heard a couple of bicycles approaching. He says he got out of their way, and one of the two riders yelled at him, and sliced his hand. No arrests have been made.
