5th and Court

Des Moines officials are scouring proposals from 5-different groups that want a green light to redevelop at 5th and Court in downtown.  KCCI reports one would have a 35,000 sq. ft. Hy-Vee, another an indoor farmers market, and a third would have a multiplex theater and a bowling alley.  Three of the plans focus on apartments.
