Spahic Not Guilty
A Polk County jury found Nermin Spahic not guilty. The 41-year old was charged with third-degree sexual assault and two counts of sexual exploitation by clergy. A mother and her 18-year-old daughter alleged they were assault by Spahic during a counseling session at a Johnston home last year.
