High Speed Chase

An Oskaloosa man is facing felony charges after leading authorities on a high-speed chase. He says he panice; officers say if he'd just stopped the charges would have been much less. It started Monday morning when police tried to pull over a red pickup truck going 74 mph in a 55 mph zone on Highway 92. The truck sped away but authorities later located it near the town of Leighton. Bryant Groenendyk is said to have driven through three stops signs going upwards of 90 mph.
