Ritenour Back In Jail

Alicia Ritenour is back behind bars on $500,000 bond.  The 20-year old Oskaloosa mom is charged with first degree murder in January's death of her 18-month old daughter.  She'd been free on $125,000 bond.  Police say the toddlers body was found in an apartment complex January 24th, and police say she'd been dead for some time.  The child died of trauma to the head.
