Drone Bills

The State Senate Judiciary Committee discussed two bills today that would regulate drones, or unmanned aircraft systems, used by law enforcement agencies and private users.  One proposal would allow their use only with a search warrant or life threatening situation.  The other would set permit requirements for public drone use.
