Investigators say the shooting came from a financial dispute involving the father of heather Wilson's children... Farr allegedly shot Wilson eight times in a parking lot as Wilson was putting her kids in her car... Wilson's 19 year old was hit by a bullet that went through Wilson, but both recovered.
