Kevin Dalasta's supposed to appear at the Polk County Courthouse tomorrow morning. He's the Ankeny man facing two counts of vehicular homicide. Police say Dalasta ran a stop sign and slammed into a van. 2-children in the van, a 5-year old boy and a 5-month old girl, were killed. Dalasta's pleaded not guilty.
