MADISON, Wis. (AP) - Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker plans to court Iowa Republicans this week, suggesting he might be seeking a much bigger prize than re-election next year. The Republican governor's courting of out-of-state donors and conservatives has many believing he's considering a possible run for the White House in 2016.
