A judge says the two 15-year-olds accused of carjacking a 36-year old Des Moines man and beating him so badly that he's been unresponsive since February, will stay in juvenile detention while the court decides if they'll be tried as adults. Both have been charged with first degree robbery. A 16-year old, has already been charged as an adult in the same incident.
