A Polk County District Court judge will listen to the audio recording of a closed meeting of Des Moines School Board last year in which the early resignation of Superintendent Nancy Sebring was accepted. KCCI reports the judge found there's enough reason to believe the meeting shouldn't have been held behind closed doors. No word on when the judge will rule on whether the board violated the state open meetings law.
