Drake University to get a gift from Senator Tom Harkin---all his professional papers of his nearly 40 years in congress will be donated to the University. The papers are of value because of Harkin's policy achievements and expertise on agriculture, health care and social issues. Harkin has said he is going to retire and not seek reelection in 2014.
