With talks on a plea deal still underway, a Polk County judge granted a prosecution request to delay the until September the trial of Paul and JoAnn Drake. They face charges of felony false imprisonment and neglect or abandonment of a dependent person. The couple were busted last November for allegedly locking their 13-year old daughter and 14-year old son in the basement of their home for up to three days at a time.
