Des Moines Police say a 39-year old man was arrested after a shooting Friday night. The victim, 24-year old Josh Stoll, had surgery after getting hit in the groin with a blast from a shotgun. KCCI reported witnesses say that Stoll and Patrick Shehan were having an argument, when Shehan got a shotgun form his car.
