Chicago Man Busted for Alleged Sporting Goods Store Theft

A Chicago man has been accused of stealing merchandise from a Marshalltown sporting goods store where he'd just applied for a job. 18-year-old Lawrence Briggs entered the Sports Page Oct. 30, turned in a job application, then police say he grabbed three items worth $150.
