Jury selection's started in the retrial of 63-year old Vernon Huser for first degree murder. Huser's first conviction was tossed by the Iowa Court of Appeals for hearsay testimony. WHO-TV reports Huser's alleged to have hired a hit man to kill his ex-wife’s boyfriend in 2004.
