The Windsor Heights exit ramp that’s been closed for months reopens tonight. The westbound I-235 ramp
at 73rd Street's scheduled to re-open at 10:00. It’s been closed since April for widening the interstate between 73rd and 63rd Streets. They’re adding an extra lane to the bridge that goes over 73rd Street. Work on the widening project will run into early December.
