NASCAR's the new owner of the Iowa Speedway, through a new subsidiary, Iowa Speedway, LLC. NASCAR says it will draw on all of its resources to continue the tracks development. NASCAR's hosting an event December 12th to outline more details on the purchase and their plans for the track going forward.
